2. Order Processing

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be initiated on the next available business day.

Our process includes a rigorous multi-point inspection to ensure every piece meets our couture standards before dispatch.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

Note: Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to synchronize with carrier systems.

Sales Tax & Duties

All applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. For domestic U.S. orders, there are no hidden import duties.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We proudly ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS. Please ensure the address format is correct to avoid transit delays.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the estimated window, please contact support@allurecouture.shop within 48 hours. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to provide a resolution or replacement.
